Dr. Lee is a lifelong native of the East Liverpool, Ohio area.  He went to high school at Oak Glen High School in Chester, West Virginia.  He received a B.S. degree from Marshall University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University.  He is licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio. 

Dr. Lee invests many hours of continuing education.  He recognizes the importance of staying current with the many new developments in dentistry.  

Over the years , Dr. Lee has enjoyed touring the country on his motorcycle and playing tennis.  
Currently, he spends free time playing golf.

Dr. Jaime was born and raised in Chester, West Virginia.  She is a 2000 graduate of Oak Glen High School.  She attended West Virginia University from 2000 - 2004 where she worked towards a degree in Biology.  In 2008 she graduated from the WVU School of Dentistry.  It meant a lot to her to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the very same school in which her father, Dr. Lee, had graduated thirty four years earlier. 

Following dental school, Dr. Jaime felt extremely blessed to be able to move back to the hometown she loves and work alongside her father as a general dentist at Swearingen Dental.  She loves being able to serve the people of the Ohio Valley. She currently resides in Chester with her husband, Jerry Picciarelli. 

Dr. Jaime feels strongly about staying up to date on the latest advances in dentistry.  She spends many hours continuing her education.  She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the local Corydon Palmer Dental Society.  She is also a member of the Pittsburgh Discovery Study Club,  which provides continuing education and training for member dentists by giving them a forum to work together, share knowledge, study and learn new technology and better ways of planning treatments for the benefit of their patients. 

In her free time, Dr. Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, and her beloved dog, Snowy.  She enjoys reading and studying her Bible, beating her husband in a friendly tennis match, gardening, and crafting.  Her love of art and her artistic abilities as well as her love of people are a few of the many reasons she chose a career in dentistry. She is a member of Christian Assembly Church in Industry, PA.

Office Manager

Candi graduated from West Liberty University in 1991 with an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene.  While at West Liberty, she was president of her hygiene class.  She joined the team at Swearingen Dental in 1993, where she practiced full time for ten years.  In 2003, she decided to make dental hygiene a part time career so that she could focus more on her family and spend more time with her children.

She and her husband, Joe, enjoy planning events with their family that will create joyful lasting memories

Registered Dental Hygienist

Abi joined the Swearingen Dental family full time in 2015. She graduated with High Honors from the Dr. Madeleine Haggerty Dental Hygiene Program at Youngstown State University in 2012 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.  Abi then continued her education at YSU and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science degree in Allied Health. She has since been a member of The Tri County Dental Hygienists' Association, The Ohio Dental Hygienists' Association, The American Dental Hygienists' Association, and remains very active at the state and local levels. Abi is also a member of the ODHA Academy of Dental Hygiene Studies. 

Abi enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and helping them to achieve their oral health goals through education and a customized care plan. She works hard to continually grow her knowledge as a dental hygienist by researching the latest advances in the dental field and frequently attending continuing education courses. 

Abi loves spending her free time in the company of her family, with whom she is extremely close

Registered Dental Hygienist

Valerie graduated from West Liberty University in 2000.  She has been practicing at Swearingen Dental since 2003, the same year she received her Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene.  Valerie enjoys helping patients achieve and maintain good oral health, as well as working with fellow team members at Swearingen Dental.  

In her free time, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, and their daughter Marleah.

Assistant

Annette is a Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary as well as a skilled lab technician. She has been a team member with Swearingen Dental since 1983. Annette successfully completed and passed the Dental Assisting National Board tests for dental assisting and obtained professional certifications in both Dental Assisting and Orthodontic Assisting. She attended Jefferson Community College where she obtained licensure as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant which qualifies  her to perform expanded dental assisting functions including placement contouring and finishing of dental fillings.

Annette is an active member of Christian Assembly Church as well as several other Christian organizations including Christian Motorcyclist Association and Aglow International.  She is the mother of two adult daughters and an active grandmother of five. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, taking weekend road trips, swimming, camping and white-water rafting.

Assistant

Nicole is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).  She attended Eastern Gateway Community College for two years following high school.  During those two years, she obtained an Associates Degree in Dental Assisting.  Immediately following graduation, she passed her State Boards to receive her CDA license.  Nicole also holds a Radiology License for the state of Ohio.

Nicole has been a part of the Swearingen Dental team since 2010.  She frequently attends Continuing Education courses so she can stay up to date on the latest advances in dentistry.

Nicole is an active member of the Salineville Church of Christ.  She spends her free time with her husband Curtis and their beautiful daughter Brynlee.
